TERMS:
All sales are wholesale only. The resale information you completed on the
previous page will accompany
your order. Shipment will be made only after the information is validated.
Online sales are by credit card only. (For Open
Account, C.O.D., and Distributor purchasing, please contact us at info@threadheaven.com)
SHIPPING:
- Shipping charges are pre-paid and added to your invoice
- Domestic orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground
- International orders are shipped USPS Global Mail
- Most shipments are made 1 –2 business days after verification of your resale permit.
**NOTE: Units may not be removed from a Counter Display Box and sold individually: Thread Heaven is a chemical compound and must carry specific product information in order to comply with state and federal regulations. The small size of the Thread Heaven container does not allow room for the necessary information, therefore, units sold individually must be packaged with an additional insert It is crucial that your order desk be aware of this and inform each customer. This is not an area where we can allow any flexibility. Thank You.
